Job Description:

E-Claim.com seeks a skilled web designer/developer to administer its industry portal site, www.Claims-Portal.com. This site was first launched in 2000, then relaunched with a new look and feature set in March 2006. The site needs ongoing design and development work, including completing several existing modules and features.

Job duties will include:

• General webmaster duties of 5,000+ page portal site
• Content creation and management
• Administration of ad server and ad campaign management
• Ongoing optimization of web site to maximize search engine rankings
• Design and development of "satellite sites" that dynamically link to portal
• Provide frequent training and support (telephone/email) to large client base

Preference is for a part-time employee, but exception will be made to full time employment of the right person in this position. A creative mind and skillful eye are a must. Having a good sense for business, strong organizational skills, and being highly motivated to excel, will be considered great pluses.

Employee will perform all work in our office in Gretna, LA - no exceptions.

Skills Required:

3-5 years web design and 2+ years ColdFusion experience required. Other helpful skills include: SEO/SEM, content management, portal management, technical writing, administrative skills, sales/marketing experience.

Compensation:

$20-$30/hour, based on skills and experience.
